1) All prices quoted online or in marketing literature are LABOUR ONLY. Please note that additional charges may be incurred in the event that hardware needs replacing.
2) NO FIX NO FEE - In the event that the technician is unable to fix a problem, you will not be charged. This applies to software faults on computer systems only. In the event that a fault is caused by hardware failure and customer decides not to replace/repair faulty hardware, all consultation charges stand.
3) CUSTOM PC's - Badsey Computer Services provides a one year Return To Base (RTB) warranty on all custom built PCs. In the unlikely event that a hardware fault develops during the warranty period, a technician will repair the fault onsite for no additional cost. Software issues are not covered under any support agreement, unless stated. Any software related issues can be inspected by a Badsey Computer Services technician for the standard charge.
4) Badsey Computer Services cannot be held responsible for any data on a customers PC. Data should be backed up by the customer on a regular basis.
